The company

Slight Angle Studios, LLC

A service-disabled veteran-owned creative ecosystem. We develop original stories, screenplays, children's books, sing-along audio, lullabies, learning materials, research, and practical client deliverables—and connect them through one disciplined way of seeing human patterns.

What we do

One framework. A whole ecosystem of expressions.

The connective tissue is Patternomics™—a framework publicly archived with DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21040834. It helps explain why the studio's creative, educational, research, and operational work belongs together without revealing the proprietary implementation machinery.

The business

How the studio earns.

Revenue comes from services and licensing: facilitated workshops and keynotes, paid pilots, curriculum site licenses, train-the-trainer certification, and rights/licensing of original IP. Programs are sold to organizations — veteran-serving organizations, recovery programs, schools, nonprofits, and teams.

Where things stand, plainly: Slight Angle Studios, LLC is a California company formed in 2026. The foundational Patternomics paper is publicly archived with a DOI. The studio has active creative, educational, research, and service materials at different stages, and labels work that is still in development instead of presenting it as released.

Founder fit

Built by the person it was built for.

Founder Robert James Gustavson is a former airborne combat medic and service-disabled veteran. The method — see the pattern, name it, acknowledge it, redirect it — comes from a medic's discipline of assessing under pressure, and from lived experience of recovery. He built the studio's full catalog of programs, curriculum, and storyworlds before asking anyone to buy one.

Work with us

Pilot partners wanted.

We're looking for a small number of pilot sites — veteran-serving organizations, recovery programs, schools, and nonprofits. Pilot pricing is available.
